Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dwelling structure based on a variable floor plan, which enables the floor plan to be changed in such a manner as to be quite different in image from a basic design, within a preassumed range. SOLUTION: In this dwelling structure, positions of party walls 3 and 4, and openings such as a corridor 1 for common use and a veranda 2, and the arrangement of various rooms in water sections are fixed; and positions of unit walls 12, 13 and 20, and sashes 14, 15 and 16, and 21 and 22, which are arranged in the openings, are set not to be a hindrance to a partition wall setting position based on a preassumed change plan, in terms of position and width.
