Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide wallpaper having excellent applicability without causing curling during pasting and without rolling up, openings (gaps in joint parts), etc., after application. SOLUTION: The wallpaper is obtained by laminating an upper layer to backing paper supporting the upper layer. The backing paper has 0.5-1.5 value obtained by measurement of (wet tensile strength in the machine direction)/(wet tensile strength in the cross direction) specified by JIS P8113.
