Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To preferentially control fluid pressure in each cylinder according to irregularity of a road surface when controlling fluid pressure in each cylinder corresponding to wheels according to a traveling state. SOLUTION: This device is provided with air suspension devices 11 to 14, a pressure regulating valve 20 and a solenoid pilot selector valve 34. A microcomputer 41 controls the valve 34 according to a traveling state detected by each sensor 44 to 46 to supply and discharge hydraulic fluid to/from the pressure regulating valve 20. Pressure in air chambers 11b to 14b is controlled according to displacement of a piston 22 of the pressure regulating valve 20 by the supply and discharge to control roll rigidity of a vehicle. When pressure in the air chambers 11b to 14b is changed due to the ruggedness of the road surface, the piston 22 displaces, the valve 34 is switched according to differential pressure between flow passages P1 and P2, pressure is regulated between each chamber 11b to 14b via the pressure regulating valve 20, and grounding load is reduced.
