Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tire/rim assembly having a run-flat traveling function for reconciling rim assembling performance and durability. SOLUTION: A rubber air bag 3 is inserted by forming a space between the bag 3 and the tread inner peripheral surface of a pneumatic tire 2 inside the pneumatic tire 2 mounted on a rim 1. An outer shell 8 made of a rigid plate is arranged on the outer periphery of the rubber air bag 3.
