Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the operation to put in and out any object to/from a pocket in the cabin of an automobile and enlarge the substantial capacity of the pocket. SOLUTION: The automobile is equipped with an arm rest 10 protruding toward the cabin 2 from its inner wall 6 in such an arrangement that the oversurface can serve as an arm placing surface 9 for the driver/passenger and the pocket 13 installed under the arm rest 10 in such a way that its inlet/outlet hole 12 for object 11 opens facing up. A notch 27 penetrating up and down is formed in at least either of the front and rear edges of the arm rest 10 positioned over the inlet/outlet hole 12. The notch 27 is formed in a part nearer the cabin inner wall 6 than the end 28 on the cabin 2 side of the arm rest 10 in the width direction W of the automobile. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
