MANUFACTURING METHOD AND MANUFACTURING APPARATUS OF MULTI-LAYERED ROLL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method and manufacturing apparatus of a multi-layered roll which cause little wrinkle on a surface layer, show excellent yield and production efficiency, and are highly safe. SOLUTION: In manufacturing the multi-layered roll in which a tubular skin body 4 tightly contacts and covers the outer circumference of a columnar elastic body 5, the columnar elastic body 5 as a precursor is pressed into a truncated cone-shaped body having different diameters with upper and lower openings. In this case, a primer is applied to the surface of the columnar elastic body 5. The outer diameter of the columnar elastic body 5 is once compressed to meet the diameter of the outlet of a smaller diameter, and is inserted into the tubular skin body 4 formed of a fluororesin at the outlet side before the outer diameter is completely restored, followed by restoring the outer diameter in the tubular skin body 4. The circumference of the columnar elastic body 5 is made to tightly contact with the inside of the tubular skin body 4.
