Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To optimize each of stopping times of vacuum suction to an injection sleeve and to a die cavity without increasing a facility cost. SOLUTION: A vacuum chamber 19 is arranged at the rear end part of the injection sleeve 13, and the vacuum chamber 19 and the die cavity between a fixed die 3 and a movable die 7, are sucked by vacuum with the same vacuum tank 49. When the vacuum suction is performed, just after sucking the prescribed amount of molten iron in a molten metal holding furnace into the injection sleeve 13, a solenoid valve 55 at the sleeve side arranged in vacuum piping 53 at the sleeve side connected to the vacuum chamber 19 is closed. Thereafter, just before completing the fill-up of the molten metal in the injection sleeve 13 into the die cavity, a solenoid valve 51 at the cavity side arranged in vacuum piping 47 connected to the die cavity is closed.
