Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily separate a cooking pot and a case. SOLUTION: In an electromagnetic induction heating cooker for business use, the outer side face of the cooking pot 1 for housing and heating an object to be cooked is surrounded by the case 3, heating coils 22, 23 and 24 are mounted on the outer bottom part of the cooking pot, and the cooking pot is freely rotatably pivoted by a pair of rotary shafts 4 connected to the left and right side faces of the case. A flange part 10 is integrally formed at the edge of the opening 2 of the cooking pot, a flange part 11 for mounting is integrally formed by bending the upper end part of the case to the outer side, and the flange part of the cooking pot is mounted on the flange part for mounting and fixed.
