Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a step-up circuit increases the mounting area of a power supply IC which supplies a drive voltage to an LCD panel and an LED element. SOLUTION: An LCD panel module 130 comprises a common step-up converter 100, an step-up circuit 110 for an LCD, an LDO control circuit 120, and constant current circuits 114 and 124 for parallel LED elements 112 and serial LED elements 122. A type switching part 108 switches between a type 1 for connecting parallel LED elements 112 and a type 2 for connecting serial LED elements 122. The common step-up converter 100 preliminary steps up a battery voltage Vbat of a lithium ion battery 11 to a low voltage V1/high potential V2, and supplies it to the parallel LED element 112/serial LED element 122. The step-up circuit 110 for LCD steps up the low potential V1 and supplies it to an LCD panel 140, and the LDO control circuit 120 steps down the high potential V2 and supplies it to the LCD panel 140.
