Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily perform the attaching/detaching operation of a push-push type memory card to/from a memory card holder and the opening operation of a monitor display panel in an extremely miniaturized micro MV video camera. SOLUTION: In an imaging device in which a liquid crystal panel 14 constituted so as to be opened/closed and rotated through a two-axes hinge mechanism 5 is arranged on one side part of a video camera body 1, a memory card insertion port is formed on the rear side of the video camera body 1 adjacently to and parallel with a panel end part for opening/closing the liquid crystal display panel 14 and the recessed face part 32 is formed on the edge part of the memory card insertion port 30 on the side of the liquid crystal display panel 14, so that the recessed face part 32 is used as both of a recess for performing push-push operation of the rear end part of the memory card and a finger engaging recess for opening the liquid crystal display panel 14.
