PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correctly carry out address conversion. SOLUTION: A household electric appliance controller 5 includes: a network interface section 11; an initializing section 12; an ordinary operation section 13; an ordinary operation section attached address table 14; an address resolution section 15; an address resolution attached address table 16; and an application execution section 17, and when the communication control apparatus receives a logic address of a household electric appliance being a controlled object from the application execution section 17, since the communication control apparatus references the ordinary operation section attached address table 14 to acquire a physical address corresponding to the logic address, even when only the logic address of the household electric appliance being the controlled object is designated, the communication control apparatus can simply and quickly acquire the corresponding physical address and control the household electric appliance by the physical address.
