SOLUTION: A light-blocking print layer 5 is formed on the back of a transparent display plate 4, a light-transmissive dark-color sheet 6 made of synthetic resin is arranged on the back of a lighted display part 5a formed by partially cutting the light-blocking print layer 5, and the light emitted by a lamp 22 is passed through the dark-color sheet 6, to irradiate the lighted display part 5.
