HEAT STORAGE TYPE HOT WATER SUPPLYING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat storage type hot water supplying device easy to set, in which a large heat quantity can be stored with a minimized capacity, stable heat supply by a heat medium and its easy adjustment can be performed. SOLUTION: This heat storage type hot water supplying device comprises a heat storage material 4 having a specific heat larger than water and having an evaporation tube 7 vertically embedded in the inner part; a heater 5 for heating the heat storage material 4; a heat medium injection nozzle 12 for injecting water as heat medium to the evaporation tube 7 vertically embedded in the heat storage material 4; a heat exchanger 14 for heating the water of a hot water supplying system by the heat of the steam generated by the contact of the water as heat medium injected by the nozzle 12 with the surface of the evaporation tube 7; a heat medium circulation system 8 for circulating the water as heat medium injected to the upper end of the evaporation tube 7; and a buffer tank 21 provided in the middle of the heat medium circulation system 8 to moderate the pressure rise of the water as heat medium by heating.
