SUSPENDED MATTER REMOVING DEVICE EQUIPPED WITH SUSPENDED MATTER STORAGE FENCE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry suspended matters removed by a suspended matter removing device installed in a rainwater drain in a combined sewage line into a sewage plant by using a difference between a rainy weather water level and a fine weather water level. SOLUTION: The suspended matter removing device comprises a fence 8 having an upper end located at a rainy weather water level 10 or higher and a lower end located at a fine weather water level 10 or higher and provided on the upstream side of an overflow weir 5. The fence 8 stores the suspended matters, and the suspended matters 12 in the fence 8 are carried down to a soil pipe 4 as the water level of the rainwater drain lowers. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
