HANDRAIL COPING SUPPORT DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a handrail coping support device capable of surely supporting a coping, without applying excessive stress to a screw part of a blind nut, by using the blind nut. SOLUTION: In this handrail coping support device, the blind nut 2 is installed in a state of forming an outside collar 5 in the tubular coping 1 in a close contact state along an outer peripheral surface, and a fastening screw 9 is erected from its planar upper step part 8 on a support rod 6; the annular peripheral edge 14 having the curved tip edge 13 brought into close contact with the outer peripheral surface of the tubular coping, and formed in the height for containing the outside collar in a noncontact state, is integrally formed on a fastening washer 10; the fastening washer is brought into close contact with the planar upper step part of the support rod; and the fastening screw is fastened to a screw groove of the blind nut so that the curved tip edge in the fastening washer is brought into close contact with the outer peripheral surface of the tubular coping.
