PRESTRESSED CONCRETE BEARING PLATE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a prestressed concrete bearing plate which is applicable to a thin plate member of post-tensioning prestressed concrete, and contributes to production of a member with appropriate design without adding redundant thickness to the member. SOLUTION: The prestressed concrete bearing plate is formed of super-high-strength mortar which consists of cement, pozzolan impalpable powder, fine aggregate, steel short fibers, etc., and has a compressive strength of 150 N/mm2or more, and a cleavage tensile strength of 9.0 N/mm2or more. Conventionally a steel prestressed concrete bearing plate for use with the post-tensioning prestressed concrete is formed of a corrosive material, and therefore it requires cover concrete. The prestressed concrete bearing plate, however, solves a problem of redundant thickness of the thin plate member. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
