Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To miniaturize a charging hopper for charging a material to be dry-distilled into a dry distillation furnace and a treating apparatus for a dry distilled gas discharged into the outside of the furnace. SOLUTION: In an induction heating type dry distillation furnace for carrying out dry-distillation treatment by charging a specified amount of a material to be dry-distilled into a furnace body 2 induction-heated in a furnace kept under an inert gas atmosphere, the specified amount of the material 3 to be dry-distilled for carrying out dry distillation treatment at a time is charged into a furnace body 2 in a state divided in a plurality of times. As a result, a charging hopper 4 for material 3 to be dry-distilled can be miniaturized into 1/2 volume and occurrence of a dry distilled gas is leveled and the maximally generated gas amount is reduced and a discharge gas-treating apparatus 16 can also be miniaturized by charging the material 3 to be dry-distilled in a state divided in two times.
