JOINING METHOD OF PLASTIC SUBSTRATE AND JOINED SUBSTRATE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To join a main body substrate having a fine flow channel and a substrate becoming the lid of the main body substrate which holds the optical characteristics of the fine flow channel part without damaging a functional substance weak against heat such as an antibody or the like even if the functional substance is preliminarily incorporated. SOLUTION: In this joining method of the main body substrate made of a plastic having the fine flow channel provided to the surface thereof and the lid substrate made of a plastic becoming a cover, the main body substrate and the lid substrate have optical transparency. This joining method has a process (1) for introducing a light absorber into the part excepting the fine flow channel of the surface of the main body substrate, a process (2) for covering the main body substrate with the lid substrate and a process (3) for irradiating the whole of the substrates with a laser beam to weld them.
