MOLDED PRODUCT MADE OF HIGH DENSITY POLYETHYLENIC RESIN

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molded product wherein the thermal deterioration of raw material high density polyethylene is avoided by low temperature molding contrary to thin-walled molding without lowering a molding cycle and product physical properties, a component exerting an effect on flavor transferred from the molded product is sharply reduced and low offensive smell properties and low taste properties are enhanced by using high density polyethylene well balanced between moldability, rigidity and impact resistance and having a narrow molecular weight distribution. SOLUTION: The molded product made of a high density polyethylenic resin comprises the high density polyethylenic resin with a density of 0.942-0.968 g/cm3and an MFR of 1-100 g/10 min and is molded by injection molding under a condition wherein a molding temperature T (°C) and MFR (g/10 min) at the time of injection molding and the maximum molding pressure K (MPa) and MFR (g/10 min) at the time of injection molding satisfy a specific relational expression.
