Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for avoiding trembling vibration and rapidly setting machining conditions for efficiently machining with high accuracy. SOLUTION: Not only the trembling vibration limit of a machining tool but also the trembling vibration limit of a workpiece are obtained, and based on this, the machining conditions and an NC path are formed. The trembling vibration limit of the workpiece is obtained by simulation in a finite element method. In the case cutting is difficult or the machining conditions are not sufficiently high, the workpiece is divided in a plurality of sections, and a trembling vibration limit chart is prepared in each section to set the machining conditions. In addition, whether cutting can be done is examined even on the workpiece in an original form state, and in the case the machining conditions are not sufficiently high, the dimensions of the workpiece in the original form state can be automatically corrected from the initial design dimensions.
