ROTOR BUSH, MOTOR EQUIPPED WITH IT, AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce wearing of a bearing and noise during rotation by contacting a rotor bush with the bearing by surface to reduce a surface pressure, and to facilitate attaining parallelism while difficult to incline against a bearing surface by making the bush abutting on a shaft by surface. SOLUTION: The rotor bush is fixed to a prescribed position so that the rotor of a motor is positioned in the shaft axis direction. Related to the rotor bush, a shaft abutting cylinder wall whose inner peripheral surface is a shaft press-fitting hole, a bearing abutting part which is formed flat by connecting to the end of the shaft abutting cylinder wall, an outside cylinder wall extending from the outer peripheral side of the bearing abutting part, and a plurality of claws formed at the end of the outside cylinder wall are integrally formed from plate-like metal material. A shaft is press-fitted into the shaft press-fitting hole of the rotor bush and the claw is bent to a shaft surface side for calking, for securing to the shaft. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
