APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR SUPPLYING MAGNETIC POWDER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus and a method for supplying magnetic powder capable of preventing the magnetic powder supplied into the cavity of metallic dies from causing bridged and caved portions. SOLUTION: The magnetic powder supply apparatus for supplying the magnetic powder to a ring-like cavity 13 of the metallic dies for forming the magnetic powder to be a ring shape from an upper side of the cavity 13 is provided with a mixing means 1 wherein a plurality of blades 1a are provided to be located at a prescribed interval in the circumferential direction of the cavity 13, a motor 2 fitted to a fitting plate 3 to rotate the mixing means 1, and a ball screw 5 and a motor 4 for elevating the fitting plate 3 in conjunction with the rotation of the mixing means 1 to elevate the mixing means 1.
