MEASUREMENT SENSOR FOR SPECIFYING PHYSICAL CHARACTERISTIC OF MEASUREMENT GAS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a measurement sensor for specifying a physical characteristic of measurement gas, particularly, a concentration of a gas component in a gas mixture, and particularly, an oxygen concentration in the exhaust gas of an internal combustion engine. SOLUTION: In forming a contact spring 31, spring legs 311 and 312 are at least partially adjacent to each other after inserting the contact spring in a housing chamber 25, and the shaft side spring leg is formed so that it does not enter or slightly enters a shaft 24. A connecting means is provided with a contact piece 36, the contact piece opens the spring legs when the piece is inserted between the spring legs of the contact spring, and the shaft side spring leg is pressed against a contact face 16 arranged in correspondence to the spring leg.
