Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a full-color picture display device which can display a full-color picture in high luminance which is not deteriorated in color even if a long period has passed. SOLUTION: The color picture display device comprises a color filter formed by arranging pixels composed of a blue color separation element transmitting a blue color, a green color separation element transmitting a green color, and a red color separation element transmitting a red color in parallel in a matrix form, and a white color emitting compound containing a white organic fluorescence compound which is a single compound emitting a white color by electromagnetic wave energy.
