Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the product specifications and reliability of an induction heating cooker having a roaster part by improving the cooling efficiency of a control circuit part, particularly driving element for driving a heating coil. SOLUTION: A first control part 12, a second control part 16 and a third control part 17 are provided in a main body 1. A cooling fan 18 for forcibly cooling the first control part 12 and the second control part 16 is provided near the first control part 12 and the second control part 16. The first control part 12, the second control part 16 and the third control part 17 are superposed in many stages, and the first control part 12 of the lower stage and the third control part 17 of the upper stage constitute a substrate. The second control part 16 of the middle stage does not constitute the substrate, and is composed by a plurality of driving elements 13 for driving the heating coil 6 and a heat radiating plate 14 for fixing the driving elements 13.
