SOLUTION: This disk D has data structure including an EMD elementary stream 23 in which audio data are compressed by using an audio encoding system, the digital right information 22 of the audio data and an EMD added data 21, a DVD-AR audio object 13 in which either of linear PCM audio data in which the elementary stream is expanded or a temporary elementary stream in which the linear PCM audio data are further expanded is packeted, the digital right information 12 of an audio object generated based on the digital right information of the audio data and the added data, and playback management data 11.
