IMAGE FORMING SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a print tool which is highly convenient for a group constituted of users who are each present in remote places to acquire a common printed matter. SOLUTION: The image forming system is provided with a plurality of printing devices, a plurality of pieces of terminal equipment connected through a network for transmitting electronic mails including image information, data transmission terminal equipment being the transmission origin in response to the reception of the electronic mail (reference to the inside of a surrounding broken line 1), designated terminal equipment designated by a user (reference to the inside of surrounding broken lines 2, 3, to k) and a server (310) for transmitting a first password(PW1) for specifying the image information. The user of the designated terminal equipment transmits the electronic mail including the first password to the server to specify the printing device (reference to the inside of surrounding broken lines 2, 3, through k) which should carry out printing, and to receive second passwords (PW2(1) to PW(k)) for specifying image data to be prepared for each of the printing devices based on the image information.
