CONVERSION SERVICE SUPPORT SYSTEM AND CONVERSION METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conversion service support system capable of efficiently operating document digitization work and to provide an efficient method for converting documents. SOLUTION: An information sheet generation device 1, when classifying paper documents for conversion into document groups in predetermined units, generates an information sheet that describes pieces of predetermined attribute information about each document group. An attribute information processor 3 accepts the input of the pieces of attribute information from at least two different points and collates the pieces of attribute information received from the different points. A document management system 4 acquires image data through the optical reading of the paper documents for conversion, and associates the image data corresponding to the paper documents belonging to each document group with each document group, while recording the corresponding checked pieces of attribute information in association with the group of image data.
