PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a signal analyzer in which adverse effects caused by not detecting a voice segment under high noise environment is reduced and stable voice recognition with high precision is accomplished even when voice having no noise segment is inputted and noise level is gradually changed during uttering. SOLUTION: The signal analyzer is provided with a frequency band dividing means which divides input signals into the signals having a plurality of frequency bands, a band energy extracting means which extracts band energy for every band from the input signals that are divided into bands and a normalizing means which normalizes the extracted band energy for every band and obtains normalized band energy for each band.
