Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a residual chlorine concentration detector for eliminating impurities of positive and negative electrodes by behavior of a plurality of beads by utilizing a flow of liquid for detection fed to a detection chamber, whereby the impurities of positive and negative electrodes are effectively eliminated. SOLUTION: The detector comprises a detection chamber in which liquid for detection is fed, a plurality of beads which are placed in the detection chamber, positive and negative electrodes which are placed in the detection room to electrolyze the liquid for detection, and a feeding means which feeds the liquid for detection into the detection chamber. The positive and negative electrodes are located in an area where the beads are occupied. The feeding means is located over the beads occupied area to feed the liquid for detection. The liquid for detection is made to flow in a slanting downward direction against the top surface of the beads occupied area. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
