HOT-DRAWING MACHINE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot-drawing machine preventing product quality from aggravation due to e.g. drawing unevenness and wind tightening which may be caused after winding, making preparative operations including creel preparation efficient, and improved in yarn settability and yarn resettability after yarn breakage. SOLUTION: The hot-drawing machine comprises a feed unit(1) for an undrawn filament yarn essentially comprising thermoplastic synthetic fiber, drawing units(2)(4) for drawing at a specified draw ratio the filament yarn(Y) fed in between a feed rotator(2) and a take-up rotator(3) differing in revolving rate from each other, a heating unit(3) set in between the rotators(2) and (4) and functioning to heat and thermoplasticize the filament yarn(Y), and a winding unit(5) for winding the filament yarn(Y) hot-drawn by the drawing units(2)(4) and the heating unit(3). In this machine, the drawing units(2)(4) and the heating unit(3) are arranged so as to heat and draw the filament yarn traveling from below upward, and the feed unit(1) is set beneath the drawing units(2)(4).
