METHOD FOR PRODUCING STOCKING, TIGHTS AND PANTYHOSE, AND SYSTEM THEREFOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing stockings, tights and pantyhoses solving the problem that as conventional stockings, tights and pantyhoses have been designed uniformly analogously to suit mass-production makers' own conveniences, it has been impossible to offer such commodities affording fittedness feeling favorable for all users. SOLUTION: The method and a system for producing stockings, tights and pantyhoses comprise the following practice: A measuring unit 10 performs the step of measuring dimensions and the step of outputting user data 15a, a computer system 20 performs the step of inputting the user data, the step of acquiring knit density set values and the step of outputting knitting specification data 24a, and based on the knitting specification data 24a, the objective commodities are produced by corresponding knitting machines and processing equipment 30. Thus, the aimed commodity of optimum shape can be automatically designed according to the dimension of the lower part of each user's body ordering the commodity and can be produced using the corresponding knitting machine and processing equipment 30.
