Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the size of a picking shelf and increase picking efficiency. SOLUTION: This information processing device comprises a means for extracting information for requesting shipping to which a request timing belongs from a shipping request table in a predetermined time zone equal to or wider than a time zone requiring the storage of articles by a conveying means, a means for determining a high-frequency picking article having a picking frequency in a predetermined time zone of a predetermined level or higher, a means for executing to a carrying means such a supplement instruction that the high-frequency picking articles must be filled by the amount of a quantity according to the request for shipping thereof, a means for executing to the carrying means such a supplement instruction that non-high frequency picking articles other than the high-frequency picking articles must be filled by the amount of a quality according to the request for shipping thereof in the order of request timing, a means for executing to the carrying means an instruction for recovering the already picked non-high frequency picking articles, and a means for updating information on the quantity and storage position of the stored articles in a picking shelf storage state table based on information on supplemented instructions and recovery instructions.
