LIFTING DEVICE AND LIFTING METHOD FOR WINCH OF ELEVATOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a winch of an elevator as improvement of the conventional arrangement in which a lifting machine is installed right over a winch which is installed on the top of an uppermost guide rail, involving such a problem wherein it is not possible to secure the stroke enough to lift the winch to its installing position. SOLUTION: A base bracket 9 is installed on the side face 4 of a pit in such a way as positioned over the winch installing position. A wire rope 19 with one end attached to the winch 8 is guided by a pulley device 13 installed on the bracket 9, and the other end of the wire rope 19 is led to the position below the winch installing position. The winch 8 is lifted to the installing position by drawing the other end of the wire rope 19 downward by a chain block 22 in the position. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
