PARTS FEEDING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a parts feeding device assuring good vibrating performance of a chute rail and free of biting-in of parts. SOLUTION: The parts feeding device is equipped with a hopper 13 capable of holding a number of component parts such as screws S, a scooping plate 14 swinging inside the hopper 13 while it receives the vibration of a rotary drive source 4 and capable of scooping up the component parts in the hopper 13 upon supporting them on a parts supporting surface, and the chute rail 17 extending to ahead of the scooping plate 14 and supporting the parts scooped up by the plate 14 and sliding down on the plate 14, and then putting them in alignment and transporting. Between the chute rail 17 and the plate 14, a sub-rail 25 is installed having a certain gap with respect to the chute rail 17 and sliding when the plate 14 is swinging. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
