Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively and accurately perform matching when an IC card mounted with a contact IC and/or a non-contact IC is matched with a mount for sending a card. SOLUTION: This system comprises a matching specification registration means (S102) for registering a matching specification, a first reading means (S105) for reading a mount matching data B from the mount 30 for sending a card based on the matching specification registered in the matching specification registration means, a second data reading means (S108) for reading a card matching data C from the IC card 20 with at least one reading method and an inspection collating means (S109). This inspection collating means compares the mount matching data B read from the first and second reading means with the card matching data C for performing inspection and collation.
