Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten the time from start to steam supply start, to easily control the generation amount of steam, and to provide the steam at a high temperature to a certain degree by a relatively simple apparatus. SOLUTION: A steam supplier for a cooker is provided with an excellently heat-conductive heating medium 27 filled in a case 23 connected to a steam introducing part 18 for introducing the steam into a steam heating chamber 11 and heated to the high temperature by a heater 26, and a water supply pipe 15 whose tip is introduced into the case 23 for supplying water from a water source to the heating medium 27 and dropping it.
