Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems of a sterilization apparatus including the troubles in installation and the lowering of vegetable treatment efficiency to cause the lowering of the operability of the apparatus in a sterilization apparatus provided with various treating devices such as a hot salt water tank and a cold salt water tank and having a net conveyor as a transportation means for vegetable baskets. SOLUTION: The sterilization apparatus 1 performs the sterilization treatment by transporting a vegetable-holding basket 7 through a loading conveyor 8, a washing device 2, a heating device 3, a cooling device 4, a dehydration device 5 and a delivery device 9. The treating devices performing individual steps are separated from each other, and the hot-water tank 31 of the heating device 3 and the cold water tank 41 of the cooling device 4 are each provided with a shaking mechanism 80 of basket-receptors 33, 43 for holding the baskets 7.
