Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid heating device of which the shape is not complicated, superior in thermal efficiency at relatively low manufacturing cost. SOLUTION: The fluid heating device is equipped with an outer cylinder 1 composed of an insulator, a high frequency electric current heating coil 2 wound around the outer peripheral part of the outer cylinder, and a pillar-shaped metallic heating element 3 arranged at the inside of the outer cylinder, generating heat by the high frequency electric current heating coil. A fluid flow passage is formed by placing a certain space between the inner peripheral face of the outer cylinder and the outer peripheral face of the metallic heating element. The metallic heating element is provided with a plurality of fluid flow passages 3a, 3b, 3c penetrating in the axial core direction, and its cross-sectional shape is formed into rotational symmetry to an an axial core.
