Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disease control support method enabling a disease control by predicting the future symptom from environmental time-series time such as the past pollen dispersal, symptomatic time-series data such as pollen allergy symptom and prediction data for the future environment, and a disease control support system composed of a server connected to a communication network and having the above disease control support method, and a terminal. SOLUTION: The disease control support system comprises the server 1 which has the disease control support method as a computer program 1A, disease symptomatic time-series data 1C for individuals and environmental time-series data 1B, and provides countermeasure information according to symptoms, and the terminal 2 for receiving the countermeasure information according to symptoms from the server 1 through a communication line 10.
