Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a zoom lens advantageous to make a wide field angle compatible with a large aperture, more concretely, to provide a high-performance zoom lens simultaneously realizing such a wide field angle as a half viewing angle of ≥45° and an F-number showing brightness such as about F2.8. SOLUTION: The zoom lens has a 1st lens group G1 having negative refractive power and a 2nd lens group G2 having positive refractive power in order from an object side, and performs zooming by changing at least space between both groups. The 1st lens group G1 is constituted of six lenses, that is, a 1st meniscus lens L11 having negative refractive power and possessing a concave surface on an image side, a 2nd meniscus lens L12 having negative refractive power and possessing a concave surface on the image side, a 3rd lens L13 having negative refractive power and possessing a concave surface on the image side, a 4th biconvex lens L14 having positive refractive power, a 5th lens L15 having negative refractive power and a 6th lens L16 having positive refractive power in order from the object side.
