Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation image conversion panel where the scratch-resistance of its surface is improved in the manufacturing, packing, transportation, storage and loading into a device. SOLUTION: The radiation image conversion panel has a flexible or rigid support and a storage phosphor layer placed on the support. The panel is characterized in that a protective sheet whose 25% compressive hardness ranges 0.005 to 0.4 MPa and which can be removed without destroying the storage phosphor layer overlies the surface on the side of the storage phosphor layer of the radiation image conversion panel.
