Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a harmful substance permeation preventing sleeve for greatly improving the effect of preventing the permeation of harmful substances including organic solvent and oil into an embedded polyethylene pipe. SOLUTION: A first layer 1 formed of a polyethylene resin or a resin consisting dominantly of the polyethylene resin, a second layer 2 formed of a nylon resin or a resin consisting dominantly of the nylon resin, a third layer 3 formed of an ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer resin or a resin consisting dominantly of the ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer resin, and a fourth layer 4 formed of a polyethylene resin or a resin consisting dominantly of the polyethylene resin are laminated in sequence.
