ELEVATOR REMOTE FAILURE MONITORING SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elevator remote failure monitoring system capable of quickly restoring the failure. SOLUTION: This system comprises an elevator controlling means 6, an elevator diagnosing means 7, a monitoring center 8, and a support center 9. The elevator diagnosing means 7 comprises a failure obtaining section 16 that obtains a failure sign and an abnormality obtaining section 20 for a failure investigation that obtains detailed abnormality data based on an instruction from the support center 9. The content of the failure sign and the detailed abnormality data are sent from the monitoring center 8 to the support center 9. The support center 9 analyzes and investigates the content of the failure sign and the detailed abnormality data, determines the cause of the occurrence of failure sign, and determines an elevator inspection method.
