Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain arrangement structure of a brake for a vehicle capable of improving occupant protection performance at the time of acting a predetermined high-load on the front part of the vehicle. SOLUTION: A brake booster 26 is mounted to a dash panel 16 through a brake booster mounting panel 24. A pedal bracket 34 oscillatably supporting a W-link type brake pedal 10 is fastened together with the brake booster 26. Though the brake booster 26 may be rearward displaced at the time of acting the predetermined high-load on the front part of the vehicle, the arrangement relationship between moving trajectory P of the outer peripheral edge of the brake booster 26 and a steering shaft 84 is set so that they are not interfered with each other in that case. Therefore, even the brake booster 26 is comparatively largely displaced rearward, the comparative large load can be prevented from entering the steering shaft 84 by interfering the brake booster 26 or the pedal bracket 34 with each other.
