Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for controlling sugar chain decoration in foreign protein production by using a Chinese hamster ovary (CHO) cell, more specifically, the method for reducing the amount of a fucose-bound sugar chain. SOLUTION: The foreign protein containing reduced amount of the fucose-bound sugar chain is produced by culturing a CHO-derived cell having a double-stranded RNA introduced thereto and comprising an oligonucleotide containing a base sequence of at least 20 continuous bases in the base sequence of the gene encoding a CHO-derived α(1,6)-fucose transferase, and a complementary chain thereof, and capable of producing the foreign protein.
