Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device for a vehicle which protects electric parts without increasing costs. SOLUTION: The control device is for a vehicle which can travel by the power of a motor 1 for travelling transmitted to driving wheels 4. The device comprises: a high voltage battery 7 which supplies power to the motor 1 or auxiliary machinery such as a DC-DC converter 11 mounted in a vehicle or an air conditioner for the vehicle 16; a PDU 5 installed between the battery 7 and the motor 1 to transfer power between the battery 7 and the motor 1; a main contactor means 6 provided between the battery 7 and the PDU 5 to intermit power supply between the battery 7 and the motor 1; and an ECU 13 which controls the number of rotation of the motor 1 based on the input/output voltage of the PDU 5 when the main contactor means 6 is disconnected.
