Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat-conductive holder which can be easily attached as well as imparting an excellent heat-conductive property. SOLUTION: The heat-conductive holder 11 is made of a heat-conductive composition. The heat-conductive composition is composed a silicon rubber material in which, heat-conductive filler is mixed. The content of the heat-conductive filler is 40 to 70 vol.% against the total volume of the silicon rubber material and itself. Further, magnesium oxides having average diameter of 5 μm or less is contained in the heat-conductive filler by 35-100 volume% for the total volume of the heat-conductive filler. In addition, hardness (type A durometer) of the holder 11 obtained by curing the composition ranges between 20 and 70. A recessed mounting part 13 is recessively mounted inside the holder 11, and the holder 11 is mounted on the battery 12 by the recessed mounting part 13 fitted to the end part of the battery 12.
