APPARATUS FOR LOCKING OUTER DOOR OF VENDING MACHINE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for locking an outer door by remote control which is improved to maintain high security against tampering acts and servicing in an emergency. SOLUTION: The apparatus for locking the outer door of the vending machine equipped with a pop-up type handle mechanism 12 to coordinate with a door locking mechanism 3 for locking and unlocking the outer door 2 disposed on a front panel of a body case 1, comprising a stopper for latching a handle lever of the pop up type handle mechanism 12 ordinarily tucked in position with the closed outer door 2; an electrical actuator for unlocking the handle lever latched by the stopper by receiving a unlocking signal; and a sensing part 6 for transmitting the unlocking signal to the electrical actuator by receiving the ID signal from a remote control key 5 and verifying the ID signal, unlocks the door locking mechanism 3, by unlocking the handle lever latched using the stopper with the unlocking signal sent from the sensing part 6 to the electrical actuator, and popping up and making the handle lever turn when the ID signal is transmitted from the remote control key 5 to open the outer door 2.
