Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent gas pass between a heat transfer pipe and a furnace wall inside a furnace without losing an abrasion preventing effect of the heat transfer pipe of a coal fired boiler. SOLUTION: Approximately L-shaped abrasion preventing plates 18, 19 which are porously machined are respectively arranged on the heat transfer pipes 4 near the heat transfer walls 6 on the upstream side and downstream side for the gas flow direction of the heat transfer pipe 4 group of a rearward laterally placed heat transfer part 3 inside the furnace 1 and the heat transfer wall 6 on the wall surface of the furnace, and gaps between horizontal parts 18a, 19b of both the preventing plates 18, 19 and between tip of the folded part 19a in the vertical direction of the abrasion preventing plate 19 and that of the folded part 18a of the horizontal part of the abrasion preventing plate 18 are minimized with taking into consideration thermal elongation differences among the abrasion preventing plates 18, 19 to each other in boiler operation, the heat transfer pipe 4 and the heat transfer wall 6. Thereby, gas quantity flowing near the heat transfer wall can be restrained, and abrasion of the heat transfer wall and the heat transfer pipe can be prevented. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
